Product Description

Dredger machine is widely used to recover underwater materials from great depths and can also extract sand from below a clay overburden. The dredger machine is also called dredger machine. Our Ghana customer wanted to order the dredger machine sucking and pumping the fine sand in Ghana, Africa. The local demand for sand is very large.The customer required dredger machine 100 m³ per hour and the delivery distance 500-800 meters. They also needed the product’ good abrasion resistance, long service life, easy maintenance, simple operation, power selection matching diesel engine.

Our customer had investigated similar domestic manufacturers. They also visited our company to communicate, finally they were very pleased to place the order to us. And the customer also needed the simple sand pumping machine platform together. They planed to install the floating pontoon on both sides. When the product arrived Ghana, we also provided drawings of dredger machine. The local workers communicate with us via video, finished installation and test for one week. The amount of sand can be stored 700 m³ daily (working 6 hours per day). The customer was very satisfied with the anti- sand pumping machine 200PNS-30.
