Main features: High recovery rate-more than 99% of nickel in wastewater is recovered; high concentration-the recovered solution contains more than 400g/L nickel sulfate, which is much higher than the concentration of the plating solution; high purity-the impurity concentration in the recovered solution is lower than the process requirements, can be directly returned to the tank for reuse; the return on investment period of high-return card equipment is less than 2 years (It varies slightly depending on the change in nickel prices); Low-emission wastewater meets the standard, sludge is reduced, environmental risks are reduced, and treatment costs are reduced; low-maintenance-automatic operation, automatic regeneration, no need for special personnel to be on duty, maintenance. Application scope: This equipment is mainly suitable for recycling nickel plating wastewater in automobile, electronics, *, aviation, machinery, hardware and other industries. The nickel plating process is suitable for dark nickel, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, satin nickel, pearl nickel and other nickel plating processes. It is not suitable for use in nickel plating processes containing complexing agents such as chemical nickel and neutral nickel.
