Application scenario:
Integrate dynamic reading and weighing equipment to form logistics cat intelligent sorting system.
Requirements:
1. System composition:
a. Type I intelligent pull-up system integrates dynamic weighing code scanning and dynamic weighing code scanning measurement equipment as required;
b. Logistics cat smart balance wheel: equipped with logistics cat number pass width according to business needs;
c. Control system: Logistics Cat intelligent sorting system C4000;
d. Expansion function: chute, IO input (key), guide rail, status indicator, sound prompt and electronic label and other expansion equipment and functions, according to the demand
2. Working mode:
a. The package passes through the Type I intelligent bag pulling system and enters the measurement section after pulling the bag. After passing the measurement section, the collected data is uploaded to the intelligent sorting system C4000.
b. C4000 allocates grids according to preset sorting rules, pre-transmits sorting data, or obtains grids in real-time from the supreme digit system, and sends sorting instructions to the sorting line.
c. After package sorting, the sorting information is uploaded to the upper digit system as needed.
d. Equipped with the set packet junction function as required
3. Sorting efficiency:
a. Large box sorting: 2000-3000 pieces/hour (this efficiency is first in the data acquisition section processing capacity)
b. Other sorting: 5000-5500 pieces/hour
