DESCRIPTION & MAIN PROPERTIES:
JOINTSEAL MS40 is a one component, high performance
sealant based on advance MS Polymer Technology. It is
solvent, Silicone & Isocyanate free & Non- straining for natural
stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather and
temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide
variety of substrates and is paintable with most common
industrial paints.
Fast Cure,Abrasion resistance including foot traffic,High
Strength adhesive bond,Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of
substrates,Good primer less adhesion on many common
construction substrates,Permanently Flexible,No Shrinkage
APPLICATIONS:
Ensure that all surface area clean, dry & free from all loose
dirt, dust oil grease or any other containment. This may
impair adhesion. Metal surface should be cleaned &
degreased.
The tip of the nozzle is cut according to the width of the
surface and fixed to the applicator.
The Cartridge package is cut from one edge and fixed to a
suitable gun.
The cap nut is screwed to the cartridge cylinder of the gun
The joints should be filled at one time and without gaps during
the application.The surface of sealant applied in the joints
should be smoothened with a dampened spatula or by hand
immediately before skin formation.
COLOUR：
Black,white,grey and other colours based on customer’s
requirement.
