Oriented particle board not only has high strength, but also has mechanical properties with directionality. According to different uses, directional particle board with various strength requirements can be produced by controlling the proportion and angle of each layer of particle. Oriented particle board reorganizes the wood texture structure, completely eliminating the effect of wood stress. Not easy to deform, small expansion coefficient, good nail holding performance, green environmental protection, good impact resistance and bending strength. The manufacture of directional particleboard uses high-temperature and high-pressure sizing, and the sizing amount is much lower than that of large core boards and multilayer boards. Due to the low amount of glue and high temperature during the manufacturing process, the free formaldehyde in the glue can be volatile. Therefore, the environmental protection of the finished board and the stability of the moisture content are guaranteed. The staggered pavement of directional particle board completely solves the cracking phenomenon of the nails on the sides of MDF, multilayer board and ordinary particle board.
