The principle of oxygen molecular sieve oxygen production is mainly based on pressure swing adsorption(PSA) technology :Raw material preparation: First, the raw air is pressurized by the compressor, and the air pretreatment device is used to remove solid impurities such as oil, dust and water, and then cooled to room temperature.Adsorption process: the compressed air after treatment enters the adsorption tower equipped with molecular sieve. In the adsorption tower, the molecular sieve adsorbed nitrogen and other gas components in the air under pressure, while the oxygen was not adsorbed, thus accumulating at the top of the adsorption tower, can be collected as high purity oxygen.
Desorption process: When the adsorption tower reaches a certain degree of saturation, the intake valve is closed, the washing valve is opened, and the washing stage is entered.After the washing stage, the washing valve is closed, the desorption valve is opened, and the desorption regeneration stage is entered. In this process, by reducing the pressure, nitrogen and other adsorbed gas components are resolved, resulting in high purity oxygen. Cycle process: In order to continuously and steadily produce oxygen, the oxygen generator usually uses two molecular sieve adsorption towers. One adsorption tower in the adsorption process at the same time, the other adsorption tower in the desorption process. Through the control of the control valve, the two adsorption towers work alternately to complete the process of continuous oxygen production.
