PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Diamond cutting tools have extremely high hardness and wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high modulus of elasticity, high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and low affinity with non-ferrous metals. The artificial polycrystalline diamond compact (PCD) tool life is tens of times higher than that of cemented carbide tools.
Machnies: Precise table saw, panel sizing saw, horizontal panel saw with allow vertical adjustment refer to the main saw kerf.
Application: Suitable to score veneer, paper melamine, HPL, CPL laminated chipboard or MDF/HDF etc.
Technical information: Conical with top flat tooth feature ensures the prescoring without any splintering or carcks on bottom side.
Advantages: Very high cost effective one especially for most panel furniture producers. Saving a lot time on install and uninstall, changing and sharpening, even delivering etc.
Note: Keep it away from any hard metal or stones etc.
