PLASTIC DEODORANT – 200A
This plastic deodorant is a special fillers made by treating the selected siliceous which has a mono-pore structure with our special technology. It effectively inhibits the absorption of the relevant irritant chemicals, odors and peculiar smell, and adsorbs the harmful residual of volatile components. It is of best compatibility, small dosage with long-time effect, no effect on properties of absorbed medium requiring shield, green and environmentally-friendly.
Application:
Plastic deodorant can be used widely in plastic field .Used in plastic products, It lightens or removes or peculiar smell caused by agent or material itself . It is especially applied to plastic products which are made of regrind materials to raise the value of product. Additionally, used in plastic ,it has functions of lubricant and block resistance. It is widely used in PVC, PE, ABS, PA6, PET, PS, PVDC, etc.
Properties:
It is non-toxicity, no irritation white powder. It quickly removes odor by trapping , enveloping and neutralizing aldehydes and ammonia irritant gases.
Usage :
Add it in materials directly and mix well.
Avoid mixing together with oil or water, application temperature over 100℃, higher effects better.
Application:
PVC, PVDC: 0.3-0.8 %( depend on testing dosage when plasticizer odor is too heavy )
ABS, PA6, PP, PET, PS: 0.3-0.5%
Package:
25KGS/ Cardboard drum ;Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid the direct sunlight and rain.
Shelf life:
18 Months.
