The DZBL series high-efficiency plate-type sealed filter machine (blade filter / plate-type filter / plate and frame filter) of the Dazhang brand is a new generation of high-efficiency filtration equipment designed and developed by our company based on foreign technology. This equipment is an ideal device for solid-liquid separation or clarification filtration in industries such as seasonings, beverages, oils, petrochemicals, chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. The filter components are all made of stainless steel. Since the entire filtration process is carried out in a sealed container, it can perfectly replace the traditional "plastic plate and frame filter press", and also achieve heat preservation filtration. This plate-type filter machine can be customized with manual or automatic slag discharge, and is very convenient to use. It eliminates the leakage and contamination problems that occur in the "open" structure of traditional filter presses. Moreover, the filtration accuracy is very high, and the filtration area ranges from 2 square meters to 200 square meters for users to choose. According to the filtration process requirements, there are carbon steel and stainless steel plate-type filter machines of different materials for users to choose.
The main structure and working principle of the DZBL high-efficiency sealed plate-frame filter / plate-type filter: The main body of the plate-frame filter is composed of a shell, filter net plates, cover structure, and automatic slag discharge device. Among them, the filter net plates are composed of multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh and are installed on the central aggregate pipe, which is very convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
During filtration, the filtrate containing additives enters the filter machine through the conveying system (pump or other tools), forming a stable filter cake (the filter cake layer can provide countless fine channels) on the filter net plates. Then, the filtrate passes through the micropores of the filter cake layer for actual filtration.
