A composite-housed drop-out fuse consists of a silicone rubber composite housing, a fiberglass-reinforced epoxy arcing tube, and metal end fittings. It offers light weight, high anti-pollution flashover capability, explosion-proof performance, and maintenance-free operation. The mounting bracket is directly vulcanized and pressed with the internal insulating core rod, eliminating the loosening and swaying issues common in traditional clamp-type structures. It is mainly used for overload and short-circuit protection of 10kV~35kV distribution lines and distribution transformers. When the fuse element melts due to a fault current, the fuse tube automatically drops, creating a clear visible break. The product complies with standards such as GB/T 15166.3, IEC 60282-2, and IEEE Std C37.41
