Powder spraying uses the principle of electrostatic spraying to adsorb the dried powder on the solid panel products after fabricated. After baking above 200 ℃, the powder solidifies into a strong and bright coating, which makes the surface of the products smooth, slick and color uniformity. It has strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. The company currently has super weatherproof powder, thermosetting fluorocarbon powder, hot melt fluorocarbon powder and other products.
Performance characteristics:
1. No toxicity, no solvent and no volatile toxic substances, so no poisoning, no fire, no "three wastes" emissions and other public hazards, fully in line with the national environmental protection requirements.
2. Color diversity.
3. The coating has high utilization rate, up to 95%, and can be used repeatedly after powder recovery.
4. The coating has good compactness, adhesion, impact strength and flexibility, high corner coverage, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance.
