Pp pipe installation method

2. The vertical axis of the tube and pipe section should level off, chamfering processing;Adhesive should draw before insert lines and try to plug, the depth of insertion depth can only be inserted into the original of 1/3 ~ 1/2, gap crossing is greater than bonding method is strictly prohibited.
3. Apply dope, should daub socket inside, the daub after jack lateral, daub should be along the axial socket from inside to outside evenly daub appropriate amount, shall not leak or apply too much (200 g/m2).
4. Dope, daub appropriate exert force unchanged within 1 minute, to keep the straight degree and location of the interface is correct.
5. After the glue in a timely manner will squeeze out the extra dope rub-up, in curing time shall not force or load by force.
6. Glue joint construction shall not be in the rain or water, not below 5 ℃.
7. The linker: ready to try to clean up the working face, inserted to brush glue, adhesive and curing.
