The 70mm metal glass vacuum heat pipe tube is fully evacuated. The solar energy passes though the glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the aluminum absorber, thus it becomes hot. The heat is transferred directly to the heat pipe, making the heat-transport liquid inside evaporated very fast. The evaporation steam goes up to the condenser on the top and the heat is transferred to the heat transfer fluid inside the pipe, and therefore the heat is kept inside the water tank.This type uses the all glass evacuated solar collector tubes as the heat-absorbing element. The high vacuum degree of the clearance between the outer and inner tube reduces the heat emission which is caused by convection and conduction. The layer films(coating) of the all glass evacuated tubes transfer the sun energy into heat energy. The high absorption and low emittance rate of Jiadeles layer fils is unique. Depending on the different density between hot water and cold water, a water flowing cycle is created in the tube. Hot water flows automatically upwards while the cold water flows downward. The water in the storage tank will be heated from this natural circulation.

Features:

With characteristic of 30 second heat output and 300 ℃ condenser stagnation temperature, it can provide more water of higher temperature and have wider applications. “Dry” connection design makes the system workable even though one tube breaks. Excellent insulation enables the collector suitable for any environment all over the world. Recommended installation angle: 15°~90°.
