PSEUDORABIES VACCINE, LIVE (STRAIN BARTHA-K61)
COMPOSITION
This product contains the pseudorabies virus Bartha-K61 strain. The virus content per head dose is not less than 5.0×10⁵ TCID₅₀. PROPERTIES
Sponge-like loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall, and rapidly dissolved after adding diluent. INDICATION
It is used to prevent pseudorabies in pigs, cattle, and sheep. Immunity is produced on the 8th day after vaccination, and the immune period is 12 months. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Intramuscular injection.
Dilute according to the head dose marked on the bottle with PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) to 1 head dose per mL.
Pigs: Sows and adult pigs: 2.0 mL per head; Piglets over 3 months old and weaners: 1.0 mL per head; Piglets: 0.5 mL for the first vaccination, and 1.0 mL for revaccination after weaning.
Cattle: Cattle over 1 year old: 3.0 mL per head; Cattle aged 5-12 months: 2.0 mL per head; Calves aged 2-4 months: 1.0 mL for the first vaccination, and 2.0 mL for revaccination after weaning.
Sheep: Sheep over 4 months old: 1.0 mL per head. PRECAUTION
Store at 2-8°C, the validity period is 9 months; store at -20°C or below, the validity period is 18 months. SPECIFICATION

- When used for sheep immunization, it is only suitable for sheep over 4 months old. For the first immunization of different breeds of sheep, a small number of sheep should be vaccinated first. If there is no problem, the vaccination can be expanded to a larger number of sheep.
- In areas where the epidemic has occurred or in epidemic areas and epidemic spots, except for the already sick livestock, the livestock without clinical manifestations can also be vaccinated urgently.
- Used vaccine bottles, utensils, and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.
