It is widely used in PVC, PE, PP, ABS and PS PMMA, mutual adhesion and cross bonding of nylon, sponge, film, metal, non-metal and other materials., It can remove various transparent or white plastic products that are difficult to stick, such as: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ABS, PMMA, nylon, sponge, film, foam, etc; It also has good bonding strength for metal and non-metallic materials, such as organic glass, bamboo, wood, rubber, metal, fabric and paper; Especially for the mutual adhesion and cross adhesion of plastic, metal and nonmetal materials, it has super bonding strength; It is the preferred adhesive for ideal bonding materials in household appliances industry, radio industry, decoration, handicrafts, toys industry, thermal insulation materials, packaging and printing industries.
usage method:
★ Clean up the greasy dirt, dust and other dirt on the surface of the stuck objects, and keep it clean and dry. The greasy dirt and other matters can be cleaned with gasoline and other solvents;
★ Directly apply the glue solution evenly on the surfaces of the two objects to be glued, wait for 3-6 minutes, when the glue film is slightly non stick and has a dry touch, align the two objects to be glued, apply a little pressure to make the bonding surface more compact, and place it for several hours, and achieve the best bonding strength in 48 hours;
★ Materials with high requirements such as metal and hard plastic can be bonded by roughening with tools such as iron sand skin. The effect of twice gluing (wait a few minutes after gluing for a second time, slightly better than closing) is better.
