Principle of the MVR system:
MVR is the abbreviation for mechanical vapor recompression technology. MVR is an energy-saving technology that reuses the energy of the secondary steam it produces, thereby reducing the need for external energy. Its basic working principle is to compress the secondary steam from the evaporator through a high-energy efficiency steam compressor, convert electrical energy into heat energy, increase the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, and after the temperature rises, the secondary steam returns to the evaporator to heat the material. Evaporation, thereby achieving the purpose of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary evaporation.
Characteristics of centrifugal steam compressor:
The impeller adopts internationally leading three-dimensional flow design technology for aerodynamic design, with reliable performance and high efficiency. The impeller is milled by a five-axis CNC milling machine and adopts a semi-open structure to ensure sufficient strength and safe operation of the impeller. Conduct an over-running test after machining the impeller. The impeller is installed on the high-speed gear shaft of the gearbox, with a simple structure. After assembly, it is subjected to static and dynamic balance tests to ensure balanced and reliable operation of the fan.
