Refrigerator U shell rolling forming line is a fully automatic production line which consists of automatic loading machine, punching machines, 180 ° overturning machine, roller forming machine, z-forming and flanging machine, hole and edge flanging machine, reinforcement plate clinching machine, sticking machine for skin condenser, U-type bending machine, robot unloading with manipulator, and the line is also supported with corresponding pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical system.
All the stations can be assembled optionally to perform the following procedures: loading automatically, punching and trimming, sheet overturned, roll forming, Z-forming and flanging, hole and edge flanging, reinforcement clinching, condenser taping, U-type bending, robot or manipulator unloading etc.
This forming line has the advantages of reasonable layout, high production efficiency, high level automation, safe and reliable operation of human-computer interface, convenient maintenance and application of wide range of products.
