RIDER's HQ Patterned Glass 

Rider Patterned glass is a kind of translucent glass with concave and convex patterns on one side or both sides, which is produced by special pressing process. On the one hand, it can be fully illuminated by light; on the other hand, it can effectively limit the clear perspective and play a good hiding effect. Therefore, it is often used in offices, meeting rooms, hotels, bathrooms, gyms and so on.

The hot thicknesses are 3mm, 3.5mm and 4-6mm.

Wired Patterned Glass 

Glass Description

Wired patterned glass is a translucent figured glass with wire inside for safety purpose which allows transmission of daylight, while obscuring visibility of object. It is manufactured by the Roll-Out-Process, whereby a roller imprints the pattern onto the glass surface.

RIDER SAFETY DELIVERY

Glass usually be packed by standard wooden crates and end-cap wooden cases outside, moisture-proof paper interleaved between every two pieces of glass inside. Wooden crates with fumigation are available as per customers' requirement. Rider Glass have a well trained packing team which is experienced in loading and reinforcing the glass properly in the container. The packing can prevent possible breakage on the road of long distance or ocean transportation.

1. Wooden crates. Fastness, burliness, easy and security to put and fetch pieces, every box is loaded around 2.5 tons. It is applicable in the area of loading and discharge equipment imperfect, manpower charges lower. 

2. End Cap wooden cases. Beautiful appearance, opening convenience, saving timber, every box is loaded with around 2 tons. It is applicable the area in mechanization degree high, man power cost higher.

3. Moisture-proof paper and plastic film. There are preventing mildew paper between every two pieces of glass mirror, every box inner side is closed completely with plastic film, it can prevent water and mildew4. Metal band. The wooden boxes were fastened by high quality metal band outside; it is safe in loading and discharge, applicable train, container and cargo vessel.
