Rider's SWITCHABLE GLASS/SMART GLASS

Intelligent dimming glass is a new type of special photoelectric glass product. The user can control the transparent and opaque state of the glass by switching on/off the current. When the glass is powered off, the liquid crystal molecules in the electrically controlled dimming glass will appear irregular dispersion state, so the electrically controlled glass will appear a transparent opaque state; when the glass is powered on, the liquid crystal molecules in the glass will appear orderly arrangement, and the light can pass through freely, so the dimming glass will appear a transparent state instantly.

Products introduction: 

Smart glass-- is a laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) film sandwiched between two layers of glass and two layers of conductive interlayers. This PDLC film is what allows you to change the visual appearance of the glass from opaque (translucent) to clear (transparent).Also called as PDCL smart glass too.

Laminated glass is a kind of glass product that takes beauty and safety into consideration. We usually make it with the PVB film and the EVA film. The PVB films are conventional and customers can specify the film model. One of the PVB films is quite special, called the sound insulation film, and the laminated glass made of it has sound insulation effect. The one made of the EVA films can be used as decorative walls. It looks more artistic and has beautification effect. The performance of the films provides safety protection for laminated glass. In the production process, we also take relevant dust-proof measures to prevent dust particles from adhering to the film during the bonding process of glass and avoid impurities in laminated glass.

Laminated glass is widely used, such as windshields, exterior glass walls of buildings, glass baffles in shopping malls, glass plank roads that are very popular in many tourist attractions, glass stairs in some stores such as Apple ones. SAFETY DELIVERY

Glass usually be packed by standard wooden crates and end-cap wooden cases outside, moisture-proof paper interleaved between every two pieces of glass inside. Wooden crates with fumigation are available as per customers' requirement. Rider Glass have a well trained packing team which is experienced in loading and reinforcing the glass properly in the container. The packing can prevent possible breakage on the road of long distance or ocean transportation.

1. Wooden crates. Fastness, burliness, easy and security to put and fetch pieces, every box is loaded around 2.5 tons. It is applicable in the area of loading and discharge equipment imperfect, manpower charges lower. 

2. End Cap wooden cases. Beautiful appearance, opening convenience, saving timber, every box is loaded with around 2 tons. It is applicable the area in mechanization degree high, man power cost higher.

3. Moisture-proof paper and plastic film. There are preventing mildew paper between every two pieces of glass mirror, every box inner side is closed completely with plastic film, it can prevent water and mildew4. Metal band. The wooden boxes were fastened by high quality metal band outside; it is safe in loading and discharge, applicable train, container and cargo vessel.
