Rock wool production line is used for slitting the big block rock wool into strips and conveying & turning to change the direction of fiber, increasing the strength of rock wool panel surface, finally to meet the high standards for construction sandwich panel. After reasonable arrangement of intersection spread, vulnerable spot of concentrated fault connection during rock wool strips’ jointing with each other can be avoided to get high intensity sandwich panel. The arranged strips go through edge cutting, lap surface milling, glue spraying, then they stick firmly and solidify with outer surface material to form sandwich panel. The system includes storing lift device, rock wool slitting machine, redirection conveying, 90 degrees turning over, arraying device, joint edge milling, glue-spraying system, dust suction machine and so on.
