SE Series 7.5KW PM Variable Frequency Acrew Air Compressor

SE series permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor is a product with great design creativity. 1.Suction Type Low Noise Fan

Axial flow fan is adopted, which has high air volume and fast heat dissipation. The top inverted suction fan is convenient for maintenance.

2.Integrated Structure Air End-Motor

The perfect combination of IE4 high-efficiency permanent magnet IP23 motor and high-efficiency air end adopts integrated direct drive to avoid transmission loss and aging, making it more efficient and durable.

3.Bottom Dual Air Vent Design

The bottom double air outlet and the top fan complement each other, simple and efficient fluid design, and large air intake.

4.High Performance Self-Cleaning Air Filter

Adopt self-cleaning air filter to reduce pressure loss, and use centrifugal + filtration double separation method to prolong service life.

5.New Combination Valve

High-efficiency separator: Through the three-stage oil and gas treatment of centrifugal separation, gravity separation and filtration separation, the residual oil in the exhaust gas is controlled below 3ppm. MPV: effectively adjust the internal pressure of the unit, promote the circulation of lubricating oil, and prevent the compressed air in the air tank from flowing back into the air compressor cavity when the unit is unloaded.

6.Easier Way to Drain Oil

The oil drain space is enlarged, the later maintenance has a larger operation space, the oil drain is more convenient, the oil drain speed is faster, and the maintenance efficiency is higher.
