The batch controller is used for signal collection and quantitative control of field instrumentation and equipment, and transmits data information remotely; the flow meter is used for measuring on-site materials and displays flow and other information in real time; the control valve is used for process control of loading to realize flow adjustment. The function of the "loading system" is to automatically load products with a preset loading capacity into a tank truck safely and environmentally friendly. Using a trade-grade high-precision flowmeter (mass flowmeter) to eliminate the impact that vibration, pressure fluctuations, bubbles, etc. may have on the measurement accuracy of the system as much as possible.
