The machine unit is a cast stretch film production line with high plasticizing,easy operation,long life,energy saving features and it is modified and designed based on the years’ experience of the cast equipment manufacturing and the production experience from the customer’s,combined with the advanced technology from oversea,the machine group is mainly for the production of LLDPE film,LDPE film,PE film,CPE film etc..

The installation of swing system on the subsidiary machine can enhance the evenness and appearance of the film rolls which make the products more competitive.

Features of Machine

1. The machine control is integrated by PLC system with parameter setting, data transmission and feedback and alarm etc..

2. With double-station automatic winder and tension control system, winding process is stable, precise and automatic.

3. Automatic recycle system for collecting and recycle the off-cut from production on line.

4.Automatic knife, automatic cutting, automatic roll changing, safe and convenient operation.
