The hydrostatic support servo actuator is a high-end servo actuator produced by CNIC Simidi using hydrostatic support technology. A hydrostatic bearing is used to replace traditional seals. A hydrostatic supporting oil film with high rigidity and high load is filled between the opposing sliding surfaces of the hydrostatic bearing and the piston rod, so that the piston rod is always kept in the center position of the hydrostatic bearing. It has the characteristics of low friction resistance, strong earthquake resistance, long service life, and good accuracy retention. And has certain lateral load resistance. Low friction and high earthquake resistance allow the statically supported linear servo actuator to be used at a frequency of 400Hz and a speed of 6m/s.
Advantages and characteristics:
1. There is al* no friction on the opposite sliding surface, and the starting pressure is ≤0.001MPa;
2. It has the characteristics of high frequency response, high speed, long life, etc., the working frequency can reach up to 400Hz, the speed can reach up to 6m/s, and the uninterrupted working life can reach more than 100,000 hours;
3. It has high lateral load resistance. When the piston rod is in the neutral position, it can withstand a lateral load of 5% of the rated load;
4. Hydrostatic bearings are always in a pure liquid lubrication state and have high transmission efficiency; they have the characteristics of high sensitivity, high control accuracy, good accuracy retention and high motion accuracy;
5. A hydrostatic supporting oil film with high rigidity and high load is filled between the opposite sliding surfaces of the hydrostatic bearing and the piston rod, which keeps the piston rod at all times in the center position of the hydrostatic bearing, and has high earthquake resistance, high coordination and synchronization and automatic centering function;
6. A special self-lubricating coating makes the hydrostatic support servo actuator repairable.
