Saccharin Sodium 8-12 Mesh CAS NO.:128-44-9, the chemical formula is C7H4NO3SNa, white crystals. The sweetness is 200 to 500 times that of sucrose, generally 300 times, and the sweetness threshold is about 0.00048%. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and the aqueous solution is slightly alkaline. Because of its low calories, it is not absorbed by the human body and can be excreted automatically with urine and feces. It is used as a sugar substitute for patients with obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and dental caries. In addition, it can also be used as brightener for electroplating nickel and chromium, blood circulation measuring agent, penetrant, etc., with a wide range of uses.
