Photovoltaic (PV) water pump system, also known as a solar water pump, is a green and efficient modern irrigation/water supply solution that uses solar panels to convert sunlight into electricity, which then drives a water pump. It is particularly suitable for remote areas without or lacking electricity, and is a prime example of "PV+" applications. Solar water pump system includes photovoltaic array, solar water pump inverter, water pump unit, and water storage and delivery system. The photovoltaic array is responsible for energy conversion; sunlight shining on the solar panels generates direct current (DC).The EM730-PV inverter is responsible for intelligent control and conversion: the generated electricity is sent to the inverter. After MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) and frequency conversion processing, the inverter outputs matched AC power to drive the water pump motor.The water pump unit operates by rotating the impeller, which lifts water from a lower location to a higher or farther location.The water storage and transportation system is responsible for storage and utilization: the pumped water is injected into a reservoir or water tower, and then transported to places where water is needed (such as farmland, pastures, and villages) via gravity or auxiliary systems.
