SD 100 corrosion and scale inhibitor is a corrosion and scale inhibitor designed and developed for closed circulating water systems using desalted water, softened water and low hardness water as refrigerant. It is mainly composed of molybdate, gluconate and non-ferrous metal buffer. It is composed of corrosive agents, functional polymers, etc., and has excellent corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel, copper, aluminum and other materials. It has good dispersion properties for corrosion products, biological slime and other sediments. SD 100 is used as Corrosion and scale inhibitors can be widely used in closed cooling and chilled water systems of small cooling towers in oil refining, chemical industry, steel, fertilizer, building air conditioning, data centers.

Method of usage
Dosing concentration: Based on the amount of water retained in the system, the dosing concentration is 100-200ppm;
Water quality conditions: demineralized water, softened water and low hardness water;
Testing items and control indicators: Regularly detect the content of molybdate. The molybdate content is required to be ≥5ppm. If it is insufficient, add chemicals appropriately.
Packaging and storage
1.3kg is independently vacuum-cured and plastic-sealed in a polyethylene tube bag, and each 12 bags (15.6kg) is sealed and packaged in a recyclable carton. Store in a ventilated and dry place below 40℃. The product shelf life is 24 months.
