I. Product Definition & Core Structure
Steel Grating: An open-grid steel component formed by orthogonally combining bearing flat bars with cross bars (twisted square bars / round bars / flat bars) at fixed intervals, fixed by resistance pressure welding or pressure locking. The load is mainly borne by the flat bars, while cross bars provide stability and anti-slip functionality.
*Core Components
- Bearing Flat Bar: The primary load-bearing member that determines load capacity. Common types include plain type, serrated type (anti-slip), and I-type (lightweight with high load capacity).
- Cross Bar: Mostly twisted square bars (5×5mm / 6×6mm), used to fix flat bars and enhance rigidity.
