WQ series submersible sewage pump absorbed the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and have carried out comprehensive optimization design in hydraulic model, mechanical structure, sealing, cooling, protection, control, etc. The performance of discharging solids and preventing fiber winding is good, with high efficient energy saving and strong reliability; It equipped with special designed electric control cabinet, liquid level float switch and protection components, can realize automatic detection of water leakage and winding overheating, power-off protection of alarming, short circuit, overload, phase loss and voltage loss. Also achieve the pump precise automatic control of start, stop, alternation and minimum submerged depth.

Installation types including auto coupling installation, mobile hard pipe installation, mobile hose pipe installation, fixed type wet installation, and fixed type dry installation, which can simplify the pump station and save investment. 

Application: 

WQ series submersible sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, industrial construction, hotel, hospital, civil air defense, mining and other industries. It can be used to discharge sewage, wastewater, rainwater and urban domestic water with solid particles and various long fibers.

1.Fluid temperature≤40℃, fluid density≤1050kg / m3, PH value: 4-10. 

2. The diameter of the solids in the fluid should less than the minimum size of the flow channel. We suggest the solid size less than 80% of the flow channel minimum size.
