SYB Series Filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment which has many advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, hermetic operation and so on. It’s widely used in Chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. 

This filter is mainly consist of rotary device, filter body, filter plate, upper and lower seal device, main shaft, solid discharge device and other parts. All the filter plates are horizontally installed on the main shaft, and the complete filter system is installed on the hermetic body. When filtrate, the unfiltrated liquid will fill all the filter body, the filtrate liquid will flows into the center of the main shaft after filter plate, then flow out through outlet port thus obtain the clear filtrate liquid. After filtering, the motor will drive the rotary device then the main shaft and filter plate will rotate in high speed, and the solid will be removed from the filter plate by the centrifuge force.
