Product Description
The use of a TCG tooth type design different from other grooving saws has the greatest advantage of being able to effectively prevent the surface material from being grooved to produce a blast, and the groove is smoother. The cutter head is made of Sandvik alloy and is highly durable. Suitable for table saws, vertical milling and other equipment. It can be used for processing such as slotting of the back plate and slotting of the side plates; it is suitable for slotting various kinds of plates such as ecological board, solid wood board and particle board, especially for the slotting effect of the facing material. A variety of slot widths are available.
Remarks: Because this saw blade is a triple chip flat tooth design, the trapezoidal teeth are 0.3 mm higher than the flat teeth, so the bottom of the groove will have a small step of about 0.3 mm (does not affect the production process).
