Principle

The pressure of working medium in bellows, caplillary and sensor will varied with the temperature in the controlled object. The expression of bellows makes the bar to move via a lever and so the mini-switch works ON and OFF.

1. Far from vibration. Radius of capillary should be more than 20mm.The sensor must be impressed 150mm at least by varied temperature at the one trolled object.
2. The temperature in the controlled range could be made with turning the cam,i.e., the temperature goes down with clockwise and goes up with counter clockwise. All  the screws on the thermostat have been sealed.
3. Pressing the defrost button when it needs defrost button when it needs defrosting, and then the refrigeration stops when defrosting. When the temperature rises to the lever, the thermostat resetting automatically and returning to work accordingly.
4. Turning the cam to a position for a force-off thermostat when the refrigerator equipment needs to be stopped temporarily. The power should be cut off if stopping working for a long time.

More details for Explosion-proof Thermostat

The enclosure is designed to put a seal around the switch and the refrigeration thermostat for the purpose of restricting the entry of gases and vapors into the electrical switching components of the thermostat. The purpose is to ensure that during the normal operation the thermostat/enclosure combination is a sealed device comprising seals between the enclosure halves, the exists points of the terminal and capillary tube, and the rotatable temperature setting shaft and threaded mounting nozzle.

Application

Refrigeration may be applied to any of the thermostat models with SPST and SPDT electrical switching components are in the same refrigerator or freezer air space as the evaporator.

MODELS

Enclosure may be applied to any of the thermostat and its electrical switching. The nomenclature (mode number) of thermostat is the same as the basic model except a suffix letter EX is added to the model number, such as MODEL WPF31-L-EX and MODEL WDF12.5-K-EX.
