APPLICATION
Fire resistant sealing and filling of joints and seams or in certain areas where fire resistance is required. Fire resistant tested according to EN 1366-4 until 60 minutes in a gap of 20mm wide. Combine with Silicone Sealant until 180 minutes in a gap of 40m wide. Ensure that you choose the correct fire resistance for your application by consulting the classification and test reports.
PROCESSING
Before use connect the adaptor to the canister and shake canister vigorously for at least 20 times. Fill the joint for about 50%,the foam will expand further during curing an will fill the joint. For optimum adhesion and fast curing, lightly
moisten the surfaces with water. In case of large joints form layers of up to 4 cm. Before a second layer is applied the first layer should be cured. Cuttable after about 1 hour.
GENERAL
Professional polyurethane fling and construction foam with a fine cellular structure.High thermal and acoustic insulation.Contains good fire resistant and very good adhesion properties and is cuttable after curing. For further information,see our technical date sheet.
