1, Purpose and Principle

This TQSC serials blowing gravity de-stoner is mainly used for food process business enterprise to

separate the stones, pebble, clod from wheat, rice, paddy, corn etc.

Making use of the differences in the specific gravity and the floating speed between grain and stones,

the machine removes the stones and sand from grain by means of wind power and mechanical movement.

It is better to use this machine in the back-end process of the grain production line, it can remove the

stones from the brown rice or white rice, but raw grain with many impurities is not recommend to enter

the machine directly .

3, Structure and properties

Main component:

Feeding device (hopper and switch). Sieve device (frogmouth sieves, stoning boat, suspension rod, cover

etc.). Blower. Eccentric bearing link mechanism, Stone removing device. Motor, Machine body, Protective

cover etc.

4 Installation Operation and debugging

1) This TQSC serials blowing gravity de-stoner should to be placed in a solid, strong, anti-vibration and

vibration-free on the foundation. And fastened by the foundation bolts.

2) Before operation, especially after assembly and service, clear all those that do not being to the

machine. Check the machine cover, feed hopper to make sure there is not any foreign body. and push

the pullley by hand to make sure there is not any unusual noise .

3) The machine running direction should be correct, or else the machine cannot work normally. You can

find the running direction mark beside the machine belt pulley.

4) The feeding flow rate can be adjusted by the feed switch (see above picture 2). Then fasten the

locknut to keep a continuous and even feeding. A rated output, neither too big nor too small, should be

kept .or else the stoning rate will be affected. Be sure that the feed hopper mustn’t be blocked by

stalk, straw and so on. If it is blocked, the small door on the cover of the feed hopper can be opened

then impurities can be taken out.

5) This machine is suitable to process the grain with less impurities, either big or small impurities in the

grain, to be minimum. Which can improve the stoning rate and longer the machine lifetime.

6) Air-tightening and clearance must be done regularly. scheduled maintenance and lubrication must be

done as well . do not bit the sieve forcefully, or else the sieve will deform then affect the de-stone

rate.

7) Note : The de-stone control switch ( picture 2) factory setting is in the middle , the best

Setting position is : when start the machine ,in the stone outlet , first come some rice , then come

all stone .

5 ,Common trouble shooting

Too many stone found

in the output grain

The flow rate of the machine is too big  Control the flow rate

The frequence is not up to the standard

Tighten the transmission belt and

examine its rotation speed

The frogmouth sieves has been worn out Change the sieves

Too many impurities was blocked in the
