Transformer corrugated tank folding machine is special for producing corrugated fin for transformer oil tank walls.
BWJ-1300 transformer corrugated tank folding machine is semi-automatic. Fin pitch and fin height should be manually adjusted limit switches. Fin quantity can be preset in the PLC.
Supplying range of the BWJ-1300 transformer corrugated tank folding machine:
1. Decoiler: mechanical expansion, passive, capacity 5T.
2. Hydraulic station: max. pressure 21MPa, max. flux 94L/min, pump motor 22kW; main hydraulic components are from Taiwan.
3. Main forming unit: hydraulic driven, automatic forming.
4. Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins.
5. Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.
6. PLC control system: PLC is SIEMENS from joint venture, touch screen, electric components are Schneider brand, from joint venture in China.
7. Motor is from Siemens brand from China.
