10kV SC(B) series epoxy resin cast dry transformer is our company introduced foreign technology, independent research and development of dry power transformer, due to the use of advanced design and scientific technology, so our company produced dry transformer has the following characteristics:
Low loss: no-load loss and load loss have reached the standards of energy-saving transformers.
Low noise: the core adopts a pull plate structure, the coil is evenly pressed on the core by the pressure nail, and the silicone pad is configured at both ends to play a buffer role, and the product noise level is more than 8-10 decibels lower than the current industry standard JB/T10088-2016 "6-1000kV power transformer sound level".
Low discharge: The resin mixture material adopts foreign advanced mixing process and vacuum degassing process, so that the mixture is stirred evenly and the bubbles in the mixture are excluded. The product has only a very low local discharge, which can be controlled below 5PC.
High mechanical strength: the resin with filler makes the difference between the expansion coefficient in the casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, and the internal stress is small.
The mesh-like glass wire material wrapped on both sides of the coil and inside plays the role of the skeleton, so that the overall hardness of the cured coil is high, and the mechanical strength is greatly enhanced, and it can withstand the sudden short-circuit electric power without damage.
In addition, the product also has the characteristics of flame resistance, fire prevention, explosion prevention, maintenance free, no pollution, small size and strong heat dissipation ability. Under the conditions of forced air cooling, it can run for a long time under 125% rated load, and is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, with fault alarm, overtemperature alarm, ultra-high temperature trip and other functions, and is connected to the background computer through the communication interface for centralized control and monitoring.
