What is Ultrasonic  ?

Ultrasonic stitching is a modern technology that melts PES by ultrasound, combining 100% polyester / suede fabric / cotton, non-woven fabric filler and thin covering material, instead of the traditional sewing method. PES is suitable for ultrasonic seams, you can choose several seam styles. The thickness of the non-woven fluff can be between 40-200g / m 2. You can order products with or without cover, and even order products without bottom fleece and with bottom cover only. We recommend using it for jacket lining and for producing upholstered furniture and wallboard products. Functional sofa covers are becoming more and more popular.
