UPVC sliding window uses Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) resin as the main raw material with a certain amount of stabilizer, colorants, fillers, UV absorbents etc. By extrusion molding, then make into door and window frame and sash by cutting and welding.
Equipped with EPDM sealing strip, weather trips,hardware to enhance the rigidity of the profile. It need to fill steel liner (reinforcing rib) into the shaped cavity if it beyond a certain length. It is called UPVC window.
UPVC sliding window is artistic, sealed, high strength, widely used in buildings like construction, residences, office, commercial office building, commercial center, high-end residence, hospital, laboratory etc.
1.profile: UPVC windows are heat insulation profile.
Use doors and windows that designed with UPVC profile, K or U value can reach 0.5-1.5w/M2K.
Surface processing method : Co-extruded profiles and coating film profiles
Thickness of profiles: 1.4mm-2.5mm.
Profile series or profile width: 60mm,80mm,88mm.

3.Glass: Glass is an important part of UPVC windows. It has the functions of light transmission, heat insulation, waterproof and windproof. Good glass also has the functions of anti-hurricane, dimming and UV protection.
Commonly used glass types are float glass, tempered glass, insulating glass, laminated glass, colored glass, reflective glass, low-e glass, bulletproof glass, dimming glass, art glass, pattern glass, frosted glass, etc.
Glass thickness: 4-19mm.
The product has passed the CE, AS2047, AAMA and CSA certification.

Installation:

Warranty: guarantee period is 10 years. Any damage within 10 years can be replaced free of charge.
