1) 2D and 3D forming of plastic thermoplastic materials and composite solid surface material
2) Production of laminated bending,shaped bonding and flat gluing working pieces made of wood-like material
3) Overlaying of work pieces with high-quality veneers and other material

Examples of Material ：

1)Solid surface materials : DuPont Corian, Samsung Staron, LG HI-MACS etc.

2)Thermoplastics: ABS, PVC, PC (Makrolon), PMMA (Plexiglas, Acrylic), PET-G, PS, PP, etc.

Features:

1.The machine use PID temperature control,two-side preheating oven, rapid heating,save energy and environmental.

2.Imported silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, working temperature between -40℃-240℃, long life service.

3.The work table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves, ensure good performance.

4.Stainless steel heating tubes, life of up to 15000 hours.

5.Heating plate from anodized aluminum, more flat and smooth. The pneumatic opening of the heating plate is efficient and fast, reducing labor intensity.

6. The machine structure is very stable, platform bottom adopts the high density

7. Using 63m³/h rotary vane vacuum pump , stable performance
