Product overview: 

WL series vertical type submersible sewage pump is a new developed generation products which introducing domestic and foreign advanced technology, designing according to customers’ requirements and working conditions. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, flat power curve, no blockage, anti-winding and good performance. 

The impeller adopts single/double large flow channel impeller, or double-blade and three-blade impeller. The unique impeller structure makes it good over-flow performance, also its reasonable volute makes the pump with high efficiency and smoothly to transport liquids which containing large solid particles, long plastic fibers such as food plastic bags or other suspended matter. The maximum solid particle diameter which can pass is 80 ~ 250mm, and the fiber length is 300 ~ 1500mm. The pump has the following characteristics:

1. Unique impeller design, using large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic components, which greatly improves the sewage through capacity. It can effectively pass fibrous materials and solid particles. 

2. The pump and motor are coaxially driven directly. It is an electromechanical integration product with compact structure and stable performance. 

3. Strong applicability, suitable for conveying urban domestic sewage, industrial and mining enterprise sewage, etc. 

4. Easy operation and low maintenance cost; The whole equipment can be used for outdoor work without a working room, which can save a lot of construction costs. 

5. The material of the mechanical seal is hard wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which has the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, and can continuously and safely operate for more than 8000 hours. 

6. The motor is reasonably matched, with high efficienc, good hydraulic performanc, and lower running noise. 

Application: 

WL series vertical type submersible sewage pumps is mainly used to transport urban domestic sewage, industrial and mining enterprises sewage, mud, feces, ash and paper pulp and other slurries. They are also suitable for circulating water pumps, water supply and drainage pumps, exploration, mining facilities, rural biogas tanks Farmland irrigation and other uses.

Working conditions: 

1. The fluid temperature≤80 ℃, the fluid density is ≤1200kg/m3, and the PH value should be 5-9 if wetted parts are cast iron. 

2. The ambient temperature≤40℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%.
