1. Product Overview
This sprinkler truck (multifunctional green spraying truck) is a mobile working vehicle integrating road flushing, dust suppression, green irrigation, and emergency firefighting. It is widely used in urban road cleaning, large industrial parks, construction sites, landscaping, mining area dust suppression, and other scenarios. The vehicle adopts a well-known brand second-class chassis, with the tank made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel. It is equipped with a high-power dedicated sprinkler pump, featuring self-priming and self-discharging capabilities, allowing operation without an external water source.
2. Core Functions & Configuration
Multifunctional Sprinkling System: The front is equipped with duckbill nozzles or round impact nozzles for powerful road flushing; the rear is equipped with lotus-head nozzles for large-area sprinkling; both sides are equipped with side sprayers for green irrigation. The rear working platform is equipped with a 360° adjustable high-pressure water cannon, with spray patterns continuously adjustable to straight flush, heavy rain, moderate rain, and drizzle, meeting different operation requirements.
High-Power Sprinkler Pump: Equipped with a dedicated self-priming sprinkler pump, with a firefighting connector and self-flow valve. Vertical suction height ≥7m, sprinkling width ≥16m, and maximum range of the high-pressure water cannon ≥28m.
Safety Features: Anti-wave plates are installed inside the tank to prevent vehicle sway and rollover. Warning lights and arrow guide signs are installed at the rear of the vehicle to ensure operational safety.
Intelligent Control: Supports one-key switching of spraying modes from the driver's cab. Optional intelligent configurations include a visual operation system, solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, etc.
