Performance And Applications：

1. Flexibility

WT1 plasticizer has high plasticizing efficiency, which can make PVC products flexible and reduce the adding amount by 5%~10% than DOP when achieving the same hardness (such as 65(Shore A)). It can be used in eco-friendly PVC tablecloth, PVC wallpaper, soft toys for children (including vinyl toys), medical anaesthetic masks, non-toxic PVC granulation, etc.

2. Low Temperature Resistance

With excellent low temperature resistance, WT1 plasticizer can make the products maintain its good flexibility even in low temperature. This can be used in cold-resistant boots, PVC calendered films, PVC cling-film, emulsion and paints etc.

3. Low Plasticizing Temperature

With high plasticizing efficiency, WT1 plasticizer can reduce the plasticizing temperature in the processing, which can reduce the energy consumption.

4. Transparency

WT1 plasticizer can obviously improve the transparency of products like PVC cling film, PVC hoses and so on.
