Manufactured by Zangshengyuan Corporation, the products of yak sauce and dried yak-meat floss are produced from selected Tibetan Yak meat. Tibetan Yak is known as “black gold” because of its high volume of numerous nutrients. Tibetan yak meat has the highest protein content of all kinds of edible meat. Its protein content is 22.5% (3.6 percent higher than that of normal beef), which is prone to be absorbed by human body as globulin being the most of is proteins. In addition to that, Tibetan Yak meat is of 3.5% of fat (nearly percent lower than that of normal beef), and has a great amount of amino acid and beneficial elements such as calcium, iron, zinc, copper and so on, which cannot be synthesized by human body.
