The Y-type filter is shaped like the letter "Y". One end allows liquid substances such as water to pass through, while the other end is used to collect waste materials and impurities. Usually, it is installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, level control valves or other equipment. Its function is to remove impurities from the water and protect the valves and equipment from malfunction. The water to be filtered enters the filter body through the inlet, and the impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, creating a pressure difference. The pressure difference is monitored by the pressure difference switch, which detects changes in the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: The motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, while the control valve opens to discharge the water. The entire cleaning process only takes a few seconds. When the cleaning is complete, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process. After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians, setting the filtration time and the time for cleaning conversion. The water to be filtered enters the filter body through the inlet, and the filter begins to work normally.
