The precise centrifugal oil filter YLW-150 produced by our company is composed of rack, centrifuge systerm, electrical system, transmission, lubrication system and other components.
After Hydration in the hydration tank, the crude oil to be transfered into the high-speed rotating drum by the oil pump, the residual and oil adsorb on the inwall of the drum due to powerful centrifugal force. Because the residual is heavier than the oil, it has more centrifugal force obtained and clings at the closer inwall, thereby there is clean oil obtained on the surface. Then the clean oil outflows from the outlet, and the resideual is pushed out by the vane on spiral to achieve separation.
The YLW150 Automatic Dregs Clean Oil Filteration Machine manufactured by Guangxin can be matched with our series oil press machines of YZYX95, YZXY10, YZYX120 and YZYX130, which is suitable for processing oil mill or middle and small scale oil production mill. Compared with other kinds oil filters, this equipment has the characteristics as below:

3. No filter cloth needed, saves the trouble of washing the cloth.
