Product Application: It is mainly used in the manufacturing of SIC power devices to perform carbonization treatment on SIC/PI composite films in a nitrogen atmosphere at temperatures ranging from 600 to 1050℃. During the carbonization process, SIC nanoparticles react with PI to form chemical bonds, improving heat resistance.
