Chemical composite hose
1. Product name and characteristics
Chemical composite hose refers to a chemical raw material conveying hose.
1) The inner hose adopts Teflon (Teflon) corrugated hose, which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, waterproof, non stick and other characteristics, and can load and unload various chemical raw materials.
2) The unique flanging process ensures that there is no contact between the chemical raw materials in the hose and the fitting, there is no mutual pollution between the chemical raw materials and the fitting, ensures the purity of the chemical raw materials, the fitting is corrosion-free and durable, improves the sealing performance and improves the degree of safety and environmental protection.
3) The outer surface of the bellows is protected from friction by external forces through the coating layer of wear-resistant cloth to prolong the service life.
4) By wrapping the stainless steel spring around the cladding, the hose body can withstand a certain negative pressure and improve flexibility and rigidity at the same time,
5) All kinds of fittings are buckled onto the bellows through the buckle press at both ends to ensure that the hose is a whole. The joints at both ends can be quickly paired with other joints, with stable connection and convenient loading and unloading.
