PTFE Fiber Woven Packing

Product detail：

Pure PTFE fiber braided packing is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat-resisting agents. It is recommended for chemical engineering, foodstuff, pharmaceutic where contamination is not allowed. Also it can be applied to seal all chemicals except molten alkali metals.

Characteristics：

Pure PTFE packing braided by pure PTFE fiber,without PTFE emulsion and grease treatment. Because it is made of solid woven and flexible adjustable, so with the shaft,

packing box can be a good match with excellent corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating and anti-paste.

Application：

Pure PTFE packing oil is PTFE wire by a special lubrication, low friction, suitable for dynamic seal pumps. Therefore, the packing is generally not recommended for use on high speed pumps.

PTFE graphite fiber braided packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene wire containing graphite particles. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and it makes it stable and long life.
