FHX-36 thermoplastic road line marking machine is the key equipment for hot-melt marking construction. 

It is used together with hot-melt kettle to complete marking construction.

The operation process

1. Ignition and heating: ① Install the gas pipeline, open the gas valve and ignite.

Open the fire switch of the barrel.

③ Point the heating stove at the bottom of the fuel cartridge.

④ Turn on the rear fire switch and light the rear fire.

2. Feeding: Add the heated paint in the hot melt kettle to the barrel of the marking machine.

3. Add glass beads: Open the upper glass bead box and pour the prepared glass beads into the upper glass bead box. The glass beads should be protected from moisture to avoid uneven bead scattering.

4. Positioning: ① After the paint is applied to the marking machine, push it out of the marked line.

② Set the position correctly, put the ruler down, and align it with the center of the reference line.

③ If the marked line is a straight line, use your feet to move the positioner lever to the right to fix the rear positioning wheel.

5. Feeding into the scoring hopper: Press down the discharge door handle of the scoring machine. The discharge door is opened, and the paint flows into the coating hopper through the discharge chute. When the paint in the hopper is 25mm high from the bucket surface, raise the discharge door Handle, close the discharge door, stop feeding. Just above the backfire support, there is an adjusting jack. By adjusting the jack up and down, you can adjust the size of the flow port and control the flow.

6. Scribing: ① After picking up the handle of the scribing bucket, it will naturally fall to the ground and sprinkle beads naturally. Hold the handle of the scribing bucket and press down to open the scribing knife gate.

② Promote the marking machine to the working direction, pay attention to the use of paint in the marking bucket when marking, and add paint in time if it is reduced.

7. Reset: Raise the scribing bucket to close the scribing knife gate, suspend the scribing bucket, and the glass beads stop spreading.
