WN series dredge pump is a kind of heavy duty slurry pump specially designed and manufactured for slurry or sand dredging operations in rivers, lakes or seas. OCEAN pump has a complete line of dredge pumps with inlet diameters ranging from 400mm up to 1400mm. dredge pump can create a vacuum that sucks the slurry from the bed up into a suction pipe and pushes it to the discharge pipeline. This series of dredge pump is the single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal slurry pump which is mainly composed of a pump head, a reduction gear box, a highly elastic coupling, and a marine transmission monitoring system. The dredging pump has the characteristics of optimized overall structure, excellent suction performance, high efficiency, easy to operate, longer service life, etc. The WN series dredge pump is the best choice for dredgers.

Our very heavy duty high pressure sand dredge booster pump /submersible slurry pumps /sludge pumps /sand pumps are capable of handling sand and slurries with up to 5-inch rocks.
The slurry can be piped to its destination eliminating haul trucks, conveyor belts, and other mechanical earth-moving equipment. Using Dragflow pumps saves labor and maintenance costs.
All you need is water and power. Pumps are available with electric or hydraulic motors.
With its incorporated agitator, the pump will dig into the material and is capable of handling up to 70% solids by weight.
Optional water jets and cutter heads (shown in picture) allow these pumps to disaggregate and pick up sediments in a slurry of high density and high specific gravity.
Structural features
Good overall marine performance
1) Simple structure
200WN ~ 500WN pump adopts single pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure. Two typical structures can be provided according to the connection method of the gear box, that is, the built-in bracket type and the pump gear box are integrated, and the bracket is provided. The lubrication method is grease lubrication or oil lubrication.
600WN ~ 1200WN, TK1000, TK1200 cabin pumps adopt double pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure, built-in bracket, lubrication method is thin oil lubrication. The submersible pump adopts a single pump casing structure to reduce the weight of the pump and facilitate lifting movement.
2) The front disassembly type is equipped with special tools for easy disassembly and maintenance.
Good dredging performance
1) The cavitation performance is good, which ensures that the pump has a strong suction capacity, and at the same time, it can achieve greater digging depth and higher respirable concentration.
2) The width of the impeller flow channel is large, and the flow capacity is strong
3) The performance curve drops sharply, making the mud pump more adaptable to changes in displacement.
4) A variety of pump performances can be achieved by changing the speed of the pump or changing the diameter of the impeller
Good abrasion resistance and long service life of over-current parts
1) Overflow parts such as impeller, sheath and liner are made of strong anti-wear alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 50HRC. While having strong impact resistance, they also have high abrasion resistance.
2) In the product design process, full consideration is given to the service life matching between parts. The replacement cycle of wear parts is basically the same, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Small water loss, high efficiency, low power consumption
Due to the use of advanced hydraulic models, the mud pump has a high level of efficiency, which is 2-3 percentage points higher than the imported mud pump on average, making it less fuel-efficient when it reaches the same output.
Reliable shaft seal, no leakage
200WN-500WN dredging pump shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal plus packing seal compound seal. 600WN-1000WN dredging pump shaft seal adopts spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber seal. The sealing device consists of 3 L-shaped seal rings and a threaded shaft sleeve. In order to improve the life of the shaft seal, a sand water separator is equipped to ensure the quality of the shaft seal water.
